About QUEST
QUEST is an integrated management system developed by Barry Bros. as a tool in the QUEST for Excellence. The QUEST process was recently introduced to cover the complete business and to link the critical elements of quality, environment, safety, and training.
The QUEST Manual defines the approach of Barry Bros. and how the management framework relates to these standards. A copy of the QUEST manual is available for viewing. To do so please contact your nearest branch.
An integral part of the QUEST process is the process of continuous improvement and through our opportunity for improvement (OFI) we can identify internal and external opportunities and log, record and manage them to further enhance our systems for the complete QUEST process.
