| Introduction: Toyota Paint Shop utilised Barry Bros to undertake their end of year maintenance cleaning to all structural steel in their spray booth, top coat A, B and base coats A and B. |

| > 220 hp 1000 bar jetting unit (dual gun operation) |
| > 220 hp 1500 bar jetting unit (single gun operation) |

| Problem: Build up of paint due to overspray causing possible Occupational Heath & Safety issues. |

| Solution: Barry Bros was contracted to remove paint build up in limited timeframe while plant was still in production. |
| |
| Other comments: The area being cleaned included essential automated spraying equipment. Inside designated areas it was essential that there was no impact from the cleaning operation. |
