Problem: Over the years the flooring at the centre had been patched up by adding extra layers of non slip rubber flooring at a huge cost. The aesthetics of the centre were very poor and the state of the floor was becoming a potential OH&S issue. |

Solution: Remove rubber flooring and tile the entire surface. |
